MODERN LOLA will never share, rent, or sell your personally identifiable information including name, postal address, email address, or telephone number to third parties, including advertisers or sponsors. This information will only be used to provide you with our products and services, to offer you promotional material from MODERN LOLA. If you wish to be removed from our email list, please contact us at customerservice@modernlola.com.


MODERN LOLA has attempted to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, specifications, and images. We reserve the right to change products and prices at any time without notice. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing if an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price; we will at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We attempt to ensure all information is accurate, but we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.


Shipping to more than one address will incur an additional cost. Please call ahead for a quote.


With our Standard Shipping option, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped Monday through Friday each week. Orders usually arrive within 1-10 business days to most U.S. locations. Standard Shipping is available to locations within the continental U.S.

Please Note: Need it faster? We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. However, you can call our customer service number and we can see if an exception is possible at that point.

Kindly note transit days are considered Monday-Friday and exclude weekends & holidays.

Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be required to utilize expedited Air Shipping services, and therefore will not qualify for free shipping.

We currently only ship within the U.S.  

These shipping prices only apply to standard-weight items. Heavier items will carry additional charges and will be noted in the product description. MODERN LOLA will contact you with the additional cost before charging your credit card.

A representative will contact you after your order is placed to arrange a pickup time. Your shipping charges will be refunded at that time.

Please Note: Most of our items, but NOT all, are available for FREE WAREHOUSE PICKUP. See item description for details.


We currently only ship in the United States and Puerto Rico. Additional delivery charges will apply to Canada and other countries. At this time, we ask international customers to please email customerservice@modernlola.com prior to ordering, and we will send you a special link to place your order.

FREE SHIPPING offers are valid on standard shipping only within the continental United States (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico).

Orders shipped via United States Postal Service. Please note that any applicable duties and taxes will be assessed upon delivery, to be paid by the order recipient.

Due to size and customs restrictions, some items available for sale in the US are not available for international shipment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number within 1–2 days. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us at customerservice@modernlola.com


Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with any product you purchase from us. If you are not delighted with your purchase, we will provide a MODERN LOLA store credit for any regularly stocked, unused item returned in saleable condition up to thirty (30) days after purchase. Please note, however, that we do not refund the outbound shipping or packaging cost. We cannot accept any products returned more than thirty (30) days after the order was shipped. Please note: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and insurance for any returned items.


To return a product, e-mail us at customerservice@modernlola.com or call by phone: (201) 313-5652. When e-mailing, please be sure to include your order number, your name, and the item number. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA number) and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please Note: Any product you return to us must be shipped by traceable means with insurance. The package must be labeled with the RA #. In order to receive credit, all returned items must be shipped within seven (7) days from the day the RA # is provided. Please Note: Furniture and other items specifically noted as nonreturnable merchandise cannot be returned. All sale purchases are final.

In the event a product is damaged during shipping, kindly report this damage to us within 48 HOURS of your receipt of the item to customerservice@modernlola.com. If we have shipped you the incorrect product, please let us know within 48 HOURS of your receipt of the item. In either case, we will provide you with a return shipping label at our expense. We will also provide you with a replacement product at no charge.

Special orders and custom products cannot be returned.


The following items ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for a MODERN LOLA store credit:

  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Any product where the serial number or bar code is missing.
  • Any item that is no longer in saleable condition. This includes products that have been used or when the packaging has been opened or damaged such that we would not be able to sell the item as new. Items that are returned in a nonsalable condition will be returned to the customer, and their credit card on file will be charged for the return shipping.

All returned items are evaluated upon their return to us. Make sure you carefully pack items, as we are not responsible for damages sustained during the return shipping process.

Once we receive the returned product, we will evaluate it to ensure that it falls within our return policy, and/or that the product is defective as claimed. If the product does not fall within our return policy, we will contact you to return the product to you. If we have issued a return shipping label and the product does not fall within our return policy, you will be charged for the cost of the return shipping.
